The gardens are still exceeding our expectations. All of the plants have continued to grow, and the project has proven to be a valuable teaching tool to demonstrate traditional agriculture from this region. The corn has formed many ears, and our canteen gourds have begun to flower. The sunflowers are continuing to grow, and as you can tell from the images above, one in particular. Our volunteer buffalo gourd has also spread as well, and has produced many more gourds.
