A Special Visitor

According to Rangers John and Annie, it has been over seven years since a collared lizard has been seen on the Coronado Historic Site property. We have been fortunate enough to have two collared lizards choose our site to be their home this year. The lizards have been enjoying posing for photographs for our visitors, and eating the many grasshoppers that are in the area this summer. The images above were taken by Kelly Schroder, a visitor to the site.
